Father's Day
Well, I am just now getting around to posting about Father's Day! Hopefully Woodson had a great day because he deserves it! He is the most amazing person I know and that applies to him as a father as well! The kids constantly ask for him when he is gone - you would think they would be used to him working by now! :) I love how he wrestles them and snuggles them and agonizes about how to be a better dad. They know he loves them and hopefully Father's Day helped him to see how they love him! Here are the kids and Woodson with the traditional "breakfast in bed" that they "helped" make. No, it is not actually in bed because Woodson doesn't like eating it in there so after we present it to him in bed we bring it to the table to eat! The kids have to watch him the whole time to make sure he eats it - and ask for bites! There were plenty of requests for bites this year since we "made" him cereal!
Here you can see the exciting part of the breakfast on the plate. . . ah, the traditional Mr. Goodbar. . .no, he didn't eat it for breakfast, though! He was good and saved it for later - well, most of it was saved for later - a little of it might have disappeared into my mouth.
